Design Philosophy
We believe that design should have a certain level of simplicity and elegance. We accomplish this by always having in consideration proportions in leu with hierarchy, space transition awareness, openness, and the use of natural light. The right combination of these concepts will create the perfect harmony to your project, therefore creating true designs.
Understanding your vision
The first step is to set up a meeting, whether in person or virtually. Understanding your vision for the project is the main objective of this meeting. It is here as well where we will discover the scope of work which will set up the foundation for the conceptual phase.
Conceptual Phase
Once the parameters of the project have been established, FC Designs focuses on producing conceptual drawings in 2D format, such as: plans and elevations that align with the vision for your project. Once the concept is introduced, you will have the opportunity to review it and FC Designs will further detail and mold the preliminary draft into a final concept that will not only meet but exceed your expectations.
Construction Drawings
Once the concept has been approved, FC Designs will produce an architectural drawing set, that complies with current architectural practices and local ordinances necessary for permitting issuance.
Throughout our many years in the industry FC Designs has created a great partnership with different consultants such as: Structural Engineers, MEP Engineers, Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects, Architects, and other Design Professionals that allow us to offer you a full design set ready for permitting issuance.
Envision Your Project
To help you further visualize your project we offer a variety of different renderings, from 3D modeling to photorealistic. 3D Modeling can help you better understand the magnitude of the project by introducing 3D features such as depth perception and proportions. Photorealistic renderings bring the project to life and are a great asset to make sure your project is built as envisioned. They can also be a great tool for marketing purposes.
