FC DESIGNS

FC Designs was hired to come up with a townhome design for a development in Kennedale, TX. The project consisted of three buildings, each with six units of approximately 1,500 AC/SF and their own two car garage.

Unfortunately the city of Kennedale, TX did not approve the zoning change and the project remained in conceptual phase.
