FC DESIGNS

This was the third of a series of three condominium projects FC Designs was hired to design. Located in the heart of Bishop Arts District in the city of Dallas, TX. This project is a stand-alone building with seven units. The first floor is composed of the entrance and garage, the second and third accommodate all the living spaces and the fourth floor provides access to a rooftop patio overlooking the city of Dallas skyline.

Even though all the design aspects of the project had been completed, the client decided not to pursue this venture and the project was never built.
